Waitlist. If you join the list we store email, the shop type you selected, optional free-text for “Other”, and the time you joined. In production that data lives in a Cloudflare D1 database (cutbore-db) on the CutBore Worker. Locally it may be stored in a JSON file. It is exported only by the shop owner for outreach about CutBore. We do not sell it.

Purchases. Stripe processes the Founding Pass. We receive email and payment status; card numbers never touch our servers.

Analytics. If enabled, we use Plausible (no ad cookies; no cross-site tracking). It is off unless NEXT_PUBLIC_PLAUSIBLE_DOMAIN is set.
