CutBore

Plywood cut optimizer

Optimize plywood yield, then cut it on the saw

The plywood cut optimizer in CutBore searches guillotine layouts — through-cuts a table saw or panel saw can make. It tries several sort orders and split rules, then keeps the nest with the fewest sheets and the least waste. Parts do not overlap. Kerf and trim are reserved. Grain is honoured.

After the nest, you can drag and rotate parts (when grain allows) with collision checks. The numbered saw list always follows the layout on screen.
